No. There is only the conversation. SkillPass has no access to e-mails, files or screens and does not watch anyone work.

No. Wikis and process manuals describe the “what”. SkillPass captures the “why” and “how”: the context, decisions and experience that are never written down. SkillPass is not a wiki either: the result is a finished PDF that nobody has to maintain.

The person who is leaving opens their personal link and has a conversation with an AI. The AI asks one question at a time and follows up where details are missing: about tasks, workflows, decisions, contacts, exceptions and ongoing projects. At the end, the person reviews the summary, corrects it and confirms it. This becomes the handover handbook.

No. Neither you nor the person who is leaving. Everything runs in the browser. Your employee needs no account and no password, just the link from the e-mail.

Yes. There is no integration, no API and no access to your systems. You enter a name, e-mail address and role and send the invitation. There is nothing else to set up.

Usually 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the role. The conversation can be paused and continued later via the personal link. The successor does not need to be present.

Yes. Employees can speak or type their answers and switch between the two at any time. Spoken answers are converted to text and can be edited before sending. An optional AI voice reads the questions aloud.

Yes. You can decide that a SkillPass conversation takes place before the last working day. Because it is a one-time conversation, it needs no rollout and no project.

SkillPass is available in English, German and Spanish. The conversation can be held in any of these languages.

$39 for one handover, excl. VAT. With several handovers, the price per handover drops, down to $10 at 100 handovers. There is no subscription and no base fee. For more than 100 handovers, Enterprise is available on request.

No. Our sample handbook shows what the result looks like. Our templates and tools are free, for example the work equipment handover protocol, the offboarding checklist and the knowledge loss calculator.

Conversation content and handbooks are stored encrypted (AES-256), and the handbook PDFs are stored in the EU (Cloudflare R2). AI processing runs through OpenAI; your content is not used for AI training. You receive the handbook, not the conversation transcript. All providers and storage locations are listed in the privacy policy.

You can delete individual handovers or your account with all data yourself at any time. SkillPass stores only what is needed for the handover.
