This website sets no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies and does not embed any third-party cookies. That is why there is nothing to configure here and no cookie banner. We only use two strictly necessary cookies: for employers signing in and for access to the conversation via the invitation link.

Necessary Cookies (Technically Required)

These cookies are strictly required for signing in and for the conversation and cannot be disabled. They are only set when you sign in with the e-mail code or open an invitation link. They contain only a random session identifier, which we store exclusively in hashed form, are marked HttpOnly (not readable by scripts on the page) and are not used to analyse your usage behaviour.     Purpose
    Signing in to the employer area after entering the e-mail code (creating handovers, opening handbooks)

    Purpose
    Access of the departing person to their conversation via the personal invitation link; valid for this one handover only

Browser storage

During the conversation, your browser remembers locally (localStorage) whether questions should be read aloud and keeps answers that have not been sent yet until the tab is closed (sessionStorage). The free tools on this website (e.g. templates, checklist, handover editor, work equipment protocol and calculator) save drafts and progress exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage); Word and PDF exports of these tools are also created in your browser. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to our server. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They enable the website to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, so you don't have to re-enter them every time you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

Legal Basis

Both cookies are strictly necessary for the service you have expressly requested (signing in or the conversation) to work; under § 165 (3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021) no consent is required for this. We base the related processing on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (provision of the service) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure access).

Your Rights

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser at any time. Please note that signing in and the conversation do not work without the necessary cookies. When you sign out, the sp_session cookie is deleted.
