Is there a subscription or a base fee?
No. You only pay for the handovers you buy. There is no subscription, no base fee and no minimum term.
How does volume pricing work?
The more handovers you buy at once, the cheaper each one gets: $39 for one handover, $14.98 per handover at 50. All prices exclude VAT.
When is a handover used?
When you send an invitation. If you revoke the invitation before the conversation starts, or it is never accepted, the handover is credited back to your balance.
Can I try SkillPass for free?
No, there is no free trial. Our sample handbook shows what the result looks like. Our templates and tools are free, for example the work equipment handover protocol and the offboarding checklist.
What do I get?
A structured handover handbook as a PDF with the knowledge from the conversation: tasks, workflows, projects, contacts and practical advice for the next person.
How do I get an invoice?
You receive the invoice by email from our payment provider Lemon Squeezy. VAT is calculated at checkout.
